Hi, I’m Brittney — the owner and stylist behind Hair by Brittney & Co. I’m located inside Salon 42 Hair & Extensions in Garner, NC, where I get to do what I love: help people feel confident, comfortable, and truly themselves. For me, hair is more than just a service. It’s about trust, connection, and creating a space where you feel heard and cared for from the moment you sit in my chair. CANCELLATION POLICY
To protect the intentional time and personalized experience I devote to each guest—and to honor the demand for appointments—I kindly ask that you take a moment to review my cancellation policy: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment will not incur a fee. Your thoughtful advance notice is truly appreciated, as it allows me to offer your reserved time to another guest. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, including same-day cancellations or no-shows, may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service total. Once paid, this amount will be applied as a credit toward your next appointment. Your understanding and respect for this policy help me maintain the elevated, personalized care you expect and deserve. I promise to uphold the same courtesy to you.
